A trust deed dated 17 August 1971 states that the objectives of the Blackie Foundation Trust are:
1 the advancement of the study of, and education in, the science of homeopathy
2 to sponsor the cost of research into matters relating to homeopathy
3 to publicise the results of such research and to raise general awareness of the
benefits of homeopathy
It must be stressed that financial support from The Blackie Foundation Trust is available only to fully qualified medical practitioners and some health care professionals. Grants may be given for research studies in universities, hospitals and other qualified bodies; as well as individual doctors, veterinarians, dentists and pharmacists and/or their practices.
